Projects currently funded by Horizon Europe
- EXCITE is a European infrastructure initiative for scientists working on electron and X-ray imaging facilities. The EXCITE Network makes leading-edge research facilities accessible to all scientists.
- EEA-funded project: is a project to develop sustainable biomaterials from industrial waste where the aim is to make new solutions allowing eggshells to be recycled into biomaterials for bone regeneration
- BiomatDB -set the goal to create a database of biomaterials, providing detailed information on the chemical-physical, biological, and toxicological properties accessible to a wide variety of end-users, e.g., researchers, companies and clinicians, to evaluate the biological and clinical usefulness also in the areas beyond their intended primary applications.
Projects funded by the Research Council of Norway (RCN)
- MISFAITH aims to develop a dynamic multispecies biofilm model that can be used to model and test novel methods for tackling the challenges associated with biomaterial-induced infections.
- Multifunctional tannic acid nanocoatings for bone-anchored implants with reduced infection risk
Past projects
For the past 15 years, we have coordinated or partnered in 37 European and national-funded projects. Details list of all projects is found here.
