NEXT officially established
The NEXT consortium was officially established in September 2018 and consists of two hubs: NTNU and UiO. The primary aim of NEXT is to provide access to state-of-the-art X-ray imaging capabilities and competence for Norwegian scientists and industries. Secondary aims are to enhance the imaging quality from capture to analysis and visualization. The data management will be according to the established FAIR protocols for open access and data safety. NEXT will introduce and develop new X-ray imaging techniques and actively support and educate users from a broader range of life and natural science disciplines through introductory courses, workshops, seminars and advanced training.
