Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)

The SEM at EM lab is FEG-SEM from Zeiss (Gemini SEM 300) with a Gatan 3 View 2XP system. It has two SE detectors and 2 BSD detectors that can be used to produce high quality images.

A EDS detector with large detector head from Bruker is installed to conduct detailed elemental analysis and mapping.
