Background

Confocal microscopy for a wide range of samples, from bacteria to zebrafish, including metal implants and various tissue scaffolds. Live mammalian cell imaging of endocytosis and transcriptional responses (fluorescence and luminescence). Sample embedding and sectioning in paraffin, resin or ice.
