About the project
This project aims to strengthen higher education and research in oral pathology through a partnership between Norway (Faculty of Dentistry, University of Oslo, UiO) and Nepal (School of Dentistry, SD; Kathmandu University, KU).
Visiting candidates will spend 3–6 months at IOB working on theses and manuscripts, gaining hands-on experience with basic and molecular research, and insight into Norwegian dental education. Staff exchanges will help build vital international networks in oral pathology, promote joint teaching and diagnostics, and lay the groundwork for multicentre research projects in oral diseases.
