Angela De Lauretis has successfully defended her PhD thesis in at the University of Oslo. Her research explores new mechanical and chemical strategies to remove salivary proteins from titanium dental implant surfaces, aiming to improve implant decontamination while preserving biological function.

We congratulate Ingvild on receiving the best "Clinical Innovations in Implant Dentistry" award at Milan's European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) congress. Ingvild's winning presentation highlighted the development of a new synthetic bone graft material made from titanium dioxide.
