Dissemination of information
The responsibility to disseminate knowledge has generally been taken care of through the publication of scientific articles, through the use of media for the laity, and by accepting visitors to the Department.
Staff members are frequently participating with research data at the major international scientific meetings. Over the years, several national and international conferences have been arranged with contribution from members of the department.
In addition, members of the staff have given lectures and courses for the professional community, both nationally and internationally. For such contributions, professor Björn Zachrisson has received several international awards.
